Developmental Stretching

When I was in the Army we would do these exercises called developmental stretching. We usually did this for PT the day before a PT test. Its basically Yoga-ish stretching, without the religious hoo-ha. I did that this morning as opposed to my normal cardio. It felt great to just take 20 minuets and do nothing but strecth. Stretching helps prevent injury, loosens up muscles and joints, and it always makes those tight spots feel great.
I couldn't help but realize how God puts us through the same developmental strecthing as well. And it always prepares us for the bigger tests. Just a thought.
If you ever see an uptight Chrisistian, or even one who is stuck in their way/rut/religion...gentley remind them that it is okay to stretch!
