Random Technobabble
I've been swamped in media stuff the last 2 days. I'm in no way a professional graphic/web/video designer or producer. I just use what I have and make it work. That being said, I love doing media for our church. I feel that every piece of print (which I RARELY DO), video, or web is my little legacy I can leave in our church. Its a way God has given me to help make things better. Everyday I find myself learning more and more. I'm swamped right now in the depths of Photoshop. A friend showed me how powerful the program is and I'm hooked. Lots to learn (also need someone to help buy the stupid thing!) Here's to redeeming technology.

Ha, I just took a two day workshop learning how to use Photoshop. We get the basic version for free. :-) I really like the program. from what I understand the full version is only about $80.
Actually, the full version of Photoshop CS4 costs $699. Educators and students can get a discount and by one of the CS4 suites for $599.
Well, I guess I was misinformed.I did not research the price. A fellow teacher told me she has Photoshop and spent about $80. She must have the basic version.
