On Hold

Do you remember when we used to be able to talk to people. Its wild to see how technology has all but eliminated human contact. We pay our bills online, use the drive-thru at the bank (for those without direct deposit), shop online, txt in lieu of talking, have our movies delivered in the mail, use self check out at Wal-Mart and on and on. Don't get me wrong, I love technology...but I hate fighting through an automated phone system just to sit on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to an actual human. What's up with that?

The problem is, you don't bank at Cumberland bank and Trust, where you will always get a friendly voice on the other end and NOT an AUTOMATED telephone system :) . Hey I got a blogspot too now, this is great. www.quad4life.blogspot.com
