I'm headed to a ministers function tonight. In the Army we had these things called "sensing sessions". It's when the commander would pull all of the lower enlisted into a room and then let them express their thoughts, complaints, and desired changes. NOTHING ever changed after those meetings. I'm hopeful that tonight won't be like one of those...
