I hate tension and I hate having something to say that I can't get out. I really feel the call to being a peacemaker. I don't like beef of any kind. Stress kills. Drama destroys. I want to be known as an over-communicator. I don't want anything to be hidden or left unsaid. God works out in he open...in the daylight. Destruction comes when we keep things to ourselves, when we let offense fester, and when we avoid being upfront. I'm so blessed to live and work in an environment where I can speak my mind and others aren't afraid to speak back.
Whatever your issue is...talk it out. Get it off your chest. Tell it to Jesus. Tell it to a friend. Tell it to the wall. When left with our own pent up stuff we'll either explode or implode. Find a way to vent. Then build a bridge and get over it.
