I believe that I have been blessed by God with the ability of saying what is on my mind in an articulate way. I don't think most people struggle to see where I am coming from. I believe that I shoot from the hip, speak the truth in love, and have no problem sharing feelings and thoughts.
That being said, I do struggle with people who are not built like me. Indescision, mind games, and fear just don't cut it with me. I don't do well with people who can't...for lack of better words..."spit it out".
I need to operate with patience, love, and grace when it comes to those who don't communicate like I do. It's easy to forget that we are all different. We all communicate with the same hardware, but our software is another matter. I pray that God would help me to be quick to listen and slow to speak when dealing with people who have poor communication skills.
