Lion Chaser

Mark Batterson's "In a Pit With a Lion on a Snowy Day" is probably one of the most influential books written in the past 15 years. I've read it, taught from it, and even require it's study in our Master's Commission program. And yet, it's not until right now that I am finding myself having to live it. I am chasing the biggest lion of my life right now. And it's not related to MC, Young Adult ministry, or even being a pastor. It has everything to do with following Christ. I am at a crossroads where I can run away from the obstacle, or I can chase the lion. Thank God I'm moving in the right direction by his grace! God give me the strength to defy the odds, face fear, overcome adversity, embrace uncertainty, take risks, seize opportunities, and look foolish!
