Today will be a long day. At our church we have a very thorough follow-up system for our guests and visitors. Our Pastor believes that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. So we want our guests to know that we care and are so thankful that they chose to spend time in our church. We are blessed to have a staff that can handle the tedious job of personally thanking...in person...EVERY first time guest. We also check in on anyone who fils out a commitment card. These visits are vital to keeping new believers connected.
People may not agree with our method, but I have seen the fruit of letting someone know that they are important.
Our Easter services where well attended and that means lots of visitors and thank God lots of new believers! Time to knock on some doors.
