I had my first encounter with Panera Bread last night. Their computers crashed, they were out of a lot of things and it took a while. And my experience was great!! The food was good. The employees faced all of the challenges with a smile and true service. They offered to give us our 50 bucks worth of food for free! I received a free latte when I tried to be a cup of coffee. Even though they are located an hour from my house, they will have my buisness in the future. Eat at the Mt Juliet, TN Panera bread on Mt Juliet Rd.
